(1) According to Section 76 of the Act, the vehicle owner or manager who wants to get a road license must apply for a road license in the format of Schedule-32 to the relevant office along with the fee as per Schedule-3.
(2) When applying for a road permit according to sub-rule (1), the owner or manager of the vehicle concerned shall also attach a copy of the appointment letter given to the drivers and operators as per Schedule-62.
(3) If the owner or manager of a vehicle using a road license is to drive a vehicle on another road on that road, he must also attach a letter of consent given by the previous road licensing office to obtain a road license for such driving.
